Just a thought . What say  we the handi H&R/NEF crowd  set a night and a time to meet in the chat room and talk about a givien topic or 2   Like reloading  stock finishing  handi tricks that make them work better , hunting  hunting equipment . Most of use here have the same Basic mind set  lots of ideas and all  the hardest thing is getting a time for the east and west coast and Alaska . but that will work out. Lets hear some thoughts on this

well the chat works for me, i just tested it out.
 how i have set up chat sessions in the past is post a time and date and a list of topic ideas and those that can make it do. then set a different time and date for next time
its very hard to get everyone on the same page, so its easier to make multiple sessions and let those that can make it do so.
 east and west coasters should be no problem, but other countries is usually tougher.
 i set up chats between washington state, michigan and scotland semi regularly and it can be tough but its really enjoyable too
even more so, if its a voice and or video chat
just my 2 cents

Try it again Andy, I just banned you here, then removed the ban, Dale was able to access chat after his recent vacation, so this is a test to see if it works.

Thanks for the try Tim, 2100 hours here now, I had left for a while and just got back and saw your post. I tried but am still banned. Perhaps there is a good side to this, if I got into the chat room I might get into trouble!!!..Thanks for the effort....<><....:)

Thanks Tim, but still no go, no big thing really, it has not been available for so long now and there seem to be many others that cannot get on (banned) as well I guess I will have to do without it.

Tim is there anyway you can change what your user name on chat so it is the same as it is on the forums? My user name is what shows up on chat but I would like it to say 30-06man instead of my user name.
