Postive report of redding dies
« on: July 09, 2003, 02:47:53 PM »
I had purchased a set of Redding dies in a wildcat and when trying to form cases I found I had two seating dies.  One with decaping and expander ball and other with seating plug.  Sent Redding an email telling them about the problem and that I had bought the dies from another source new.  Received email next working day to send die in and they would replace it.  Great service.  I will buy more redding dies.

I used to buy all RCBS dies and still do for handgun calibers because they are quite a bit cheaper than Redding.  Been buying Redding for bottleneck cases, their interior finish seems better.  Also needed a new seater for a 30-30 set to get the bullet deeper.  My experience in getting one was a good as your story.

I have always been an RCBS die fan, but recently purchased a Redding die set.  A few bucks cheaper than the RCBS, but every bit as high quality as the RCBS.  I will continue doing business with Redding.  If you want the best deal in reloading dies, try Redding!
