It is unfortunate that H&R has decided to abandon or at least delay offering a true MAGNUM single shot. I'm squeamish about rechambering a 45 Colt barrel to 454 Casual or S&W 460, it would be interesting if H&R could redirect the NRE (non-recurring engineering) invested to date on the full size magnums (SB3 action) and introduce a 45Colt, 454 Casual, 460 S&W BIG BORE, with the deluxe wood from the Buffalo series and a good recoil pad.
