Were are all the Ohio people ?
« on: March 06, 2008, 02:34:43 AM »
This forum started out good but as of late seems to be about dead , its just about time for the grounghogs to start coming out so maybe that will help .

I know that Ohio has more to offer than wissle pigs so we can expand this to Fishing too or any outdoor related items . so if any one knows of a good Sporting Clays range , Bow shoot coming up or were the Walleye are hitting , Please post .

So if your a Handloader , Jig Maker , Bow Shooter or just a general outdoorsman ( or woman ) lets see if we can revive this forum .

I think they all moved south for the winter. Now that it's getting close to time for warm weather again maybe they'll move back up your way. When are you moving down to Bama?

I'm still here,

Just cussing still about the guy I caught hunting without permission on the farm I hunt. Slap on the wrist is all he got.... grrr..... Back still doing weird things, but I have been doing some reloading and thinking about going around to some of the public land near here and see if I can shoot a few groundhogs. Will post the WildOhio news in just I bit, they didn't send one out for February but did for March.

Bill

That's still up in the air , seems that the company is having some problems getting all their licenses in order , as it turns out the company that they bought had some major issues that were never addressed and Mama's company has to deal with them as they bought all the headaches along with the good stuff .  ::)

I've been sort of lurkin' in the shadows so to speak.  Got my C & R late last year and been trying to put it to use, within reason.  Managed to get a guest pass to the OGCA show in Wilmington, now if I can only finagle a membership.

Ya somebody is right I just got back from Arizona and should have stayed longer! I'll have to load some .17 Rem's up but no hurry up here in Port Clinton you'd have to dig a chuck out of a three foot snow drift.
RIP Mike. Died on July 14th, around 2am, with his family at his side, he went peacefully to be with god.

I`m still hanging out down here near Sidney, and not planning on going to Bama, to hot down there. I`m wishing we would get more snow around here, makes it alot easier to put the dogs on a coyote track. Then during the week when the guy are working I can see the coyote alot better in the snow when I just out looking around. If I could talk the wife into moving to Alaska I`d be gone in a heart beat, but you just can`t get grandma`s away from grand-kids.

I'm Still around Stimpy.  Don't have a whole lot of time since I got appointed as the Police Chief.  Still trying to clean up a bunch of left over messes.  I did get the PM on the OHIO shoot and am thinking if it is as all possilble, I am going to pack up the Jeep and head toward Delphos.

Congrats or Condolances on becoming Chief - Depends on how you look at it .  ;D If you get the chance swing by buy don't expect us to play Hale to the Chief  ;)

HT

Ya , that would be fun , haven't shot pins in quite a while .

FYI -- I'll be the one with the bright YELLOW t-shirt that says STAFF on the back so I'll be easy to find , going to get there early and do a little range Maint. before the shoot .

Hail to the Chief!  That's a good one!  More like taps. :D  I was the only one dumb enough to accept this promotion so I guess I asked for it.  Nothing like having all of the people you worked with for many many years look at you like you are now a lepper.
