took me over 2 hours to get from Millersburg to Massillon tonight. Not cool. And I am probably stuck here at home until who knows when...at least I have the weekend off so I don't have to fight my way to work.

a lot of accidents and problems out there today.

Hope you boys are enjoying "global warming."  Although, I have to admit that the weather in my neck of the woods ain't bad at all.  Spring started back in the middle of February and it just keeps getting better.

No blizzard but it is snowing here in Bama today. On Thursday it was 70 today the high is to be 38. By Monday the high will again be in the 60s. Weather sure can be weird.

If I added up ALL the snow that's fallen here in the last ten to twelve years it wouldn't amount to a foot.  :o ;D

we haven't gotten the snow, but we are still getting below zero at night. I wish it would snow. When it snows here in winter it means it is fairly warm. At least 20 degrees usually. ;D

Snows about over, looks to be about a foot. Still a state of emergency in all of the surrounding counties and they are asking for emergency traffic only. I'm not even trying to get out. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

I left school (Martin, TN) thursday night to beat the storm. That was when they were predicting a foot of snow...we got two inches. I was fortunate though because friday there was an armed robber that robbed an area bank loose on campus and they still haven't found him. So at least the storm did something good!

still coming down...got my jeep out and took the dogs to the park. the nice thing is that the wife didn't have to work today because of it and we can relax and have some time with each other. the only thing i dread is losing power at a time like this.

i really think the city or state should get their butts sued off if someone hurts themselves in this...those roads should have been priority number one immediately and constantly. there is no reason for ignoring it for 12 hours and letting snow pile up and putting citizens in danger. if i am paying taxes like everyone else, dammit, I want my road to be plowed, not ignored and every other street coming first. what if someone had to get to the hospital? the city is OK with someone dying because they didn't care to plow? this is something that happens every year. prepare for it and stop being idiots every time you see snowflakes.

argh.

ok my rant is done for now.

Well it just quit snowing here about 30 mins ago, at least I hope it is over! They came by and plowed the main road over into the access road I live on, then about an hour ago the plowed the access road. Roy, remember the blue car I was driving? Snow is up to the windshield on the back, and there is about 18 to 20 inches on the roof of it. I don't have to work till Monday, so maybe I can get dug out by then..... Knew I should have got a 4 wheel drive or AWD this time.

Roy,

Haven't got to shoot it yet. Every time I am going to head down to Dad's so we can go shoot something has come up. This weekend it was all this snow! I hope to get to shoot it soon, I bet it does great.

What is snow anyway?  I've got peach trees in full bloom....It went from the mid 60's today to mid 40's.  We are having some what freaky weather too.
