I would like to lap the bore of my 257 Roberts, using Veral's kit, which I have already. Where can I buy ungaschecked .25 caliber bullets? It seems like everything I found are harder alloy, with GC installed. Prying the checks off would not be out of the question. Will this mess up the process? Can cases used for lapping be used for regular reloading , once the dust has settled?
