Blacks Crick Range in Boise
« on: July 11, 2003, 06:34:50 AM »
I just heard last night that the Blacks Crick range has started shooting Cowboy Silhouette on a small scale.  I was just wondering if anyone out there shoots with them and trying to get some of the particulars.

Also, I would like to invite you guys to come over and shoot with us at the Nampa Rod & Gun Club.  We do out practices on Thursday nights and even move indoors in the winter.  Cost is $4.00 for non-members and $2.00 for Club members.

On Thursdays we usually practice NRA Small Bore Cowboy Rifle and NRA Field Pistol Small Bore.  We can set up the Hunter Bore targets if needed.

We are hosting the Idaho State Match on July 26th and 27th.  Cowboy rifle will be one of the events.

Contact Earl Robinson, in the Nampa phone book, for more info or just stop out at the outdoor range on Thursday Night at about 6:30 to 7:00.

You can only hit the target if the barrel is pointed in the right direction when the bullet leaves the barrel.
