lapping moulds

i have a lee mould it is supposed to cast a 405 grain  bullet at 457 but all im getting are under size bullets. can this mold be lapped to get me to .458 are better yet to .459? i have cast stright ww and 50/50 ww and lino. l like to cast ww for reduced loads. never had this problem befor any help please
