Ideal 310 info

Just found a steel Ideal 310 tool for the 22 Hornet with dies,does anybody have an instructions booklet I can get a copy of? It has a die that looks like a powder funnel.Can't figure it out.All other dies are idenified.

Could it be a case belling die for cast bullets?

Here's an instruction book for the Lyman 310 on an auction site. Dunno if Lyman can help ya or not, they don't offer the instruction book in .pdf file format like they do for their other products, maybe a call to them will get ya one.
