Check the SASS forum classifieds area and eBay.  Also might be worth a call to Ruger just to see - can't hurt right?  I might offer the suggestion of considering American holly wood grips.  They're much stronger than the fake ivories which will crack if overtightened and have the tendancy to ship/crack if they recieve any impact.  The Holly wood is nearly a dead ringer for ncie ivory and actually resembles true ivory a bit better due to it's very slightly noticable grain and coloration.

I have to agree with BlkHawk73 about the fake ivory grips. I had a vaquero with the fake ivory grips and unknown to me it came with cracked grips. They were cracked on the inside from someone over tightening the screw so I would go with the holly wood as well.

Cement huh?  Anything else happen to said pistol?  If so, I'd think a nice set of real wooden ones would be in order at the least.
  Did you try Ruger?

I can't believe they want $98.00 for FAKE ivory grips! That is just crazy. That was an expensive accident I would say.

Do not hand him the gun until it is fixed then do not tell him it happened LOL
if u insist on honesty,  then hand him the gun without the cylinder and see how angry he is... then throw the cylinder in the yard and run like hell.

If you want to learn to do fast draw, and spinning and flips; they suggest practicing over futon cushions.  I did most of mine over nice deep carpet in the bedroom!  And don't stand too close to the bed where the gun can bounce off the metal bed frame!  (sound's like experience, doesn't it)  I'm now confident enough to do the same with the stag grips on my guns over most surfaces but it took quite a while to get there.  It also helps that I have a couple of old Hy Hunters that I have about a $100 total into to practice with.  (and they have a lot of epoxy applied to the back side of the grips).  44 Man
