Newbe looking for help

I have all the books and I think most of the equipment. I am just lost on getting things together. Is there anyone in the Phoenix, Arizona that would be willing to help out?  I would be willing to pay in jackets (6mm). Thanks.

I have never seen it done and really have no idea where to start. I have all the equipment, I think, but don't know what to do with it. I would like to start with A and go through Z at least one time. It is not a proble for me to travel to A.J. as I am generally in that area at least 3 times a week. Thanks for any help
