« on: March 25, 2008, 02:24:36 AM »
I shot a running boar Using my 7mm Mag. I mean that boar was running full speed [boar] ahead.  It was a 40 yd shot .   Any else do that?

Hi, 2 years ago I shot a 250 lb. running boar @ 60yds.  classic behind the sholder, double lung shot.  Load was 7 rem mag. 154gr. hornady with imr 4350.  Boar at the shot didn't flinch, stumble, or grunt--only ran faster.   After about 65-70yds. done!!!  Wish I had taken photos  pig had 4" cutters.  Bill439
