BROWNELLS ACTION LUBE RESULTS

I had to order a few small spring parts for my Ruger but the shipping would run more then the parts so I tried the brownells action lube.
First a little messy to handle but the stuff really works excellent.
I totally strip the SA 1911 and added this lube to the moving parts (internals)
The gun is a range gun and my trigger pulls runs 38 oz and after adding the lube to my surprise now the trigger broke at 32 oz.
I did re bend the sear leaf spring bringing back to 38 oz.
I always used Remington teflon oil on the internal parts still do I just thought I try this stuff and it really works 6oz reduce trigger pull in a tube.
I purchased the 40oz ruger trigger spring for the Bisley 41 mag.
I did try the pull weight and it broke at 47 oz I did no other upgrades a lot better then factory 75 oz.
I did add some brownnells action lube to the hammer sear engagement and it reduced the trigger pull to 40 oz not bad from a tube of grease

Been meaning to try the Action lube. Just haven't gotten around to it. You said it was messy, I had wondered what the viscosity of that lube would be like. I don't want anything that migrates too easily.
