I bought a Lee die set for 45/70 and a Lee red plastic funnel that fits in the case mouth expander die but when I tried to use it the static charge in the funnel wouldn't let the powder drop. I have never had this problem with the green plastic funnels but they won't fit in the die mouth. Same thing with the red plastic hopper in my Lee disc powder measure, powder sticks. Do I use dryer sheets to eliminate the static or ? Thanks.
