Ball Board

Hi,I am new to the board,and I would like to know about patches for my ball board.Can I add the yellow ball butter after the balls are in the board?Thanks,navy

No, you lube before loading into the block...The lube lubricates the inside of the barrel and helps keep fouling soft...

Put the lube on your patches.  Lay the lubed side down over the hole in the loading block.  Push the ball down on the patch.  Make sure the ball sticks out just a little on the bottom side of the loading block.  Repeat until you have all the holes of your loading block filled.  When you are ready to load the patched ball, center a patched ball on the muzzle.  Use your short starter to push the patched ball, right through the loading block, out of the loading block and down into the muzzle.
