15" 270

i might have a encore 15" 270 barrel blued to sell in very good shape but with no rear sight but with a scope mount . nothing wrong with it just thought i would like a 3006 or 204 in rifle more but i have never dealt with used barrels and was wondering if you might be able to tell be what would be a far price for this.

Search the TC Classifieds for a similar barrel and you will get a good idea what to ask.

Generally speaking I figure 60% to 75% of new price for a used one depending on condition. If it's really rough it won't even bring that much but if as new it might bring as much as 80%. Then too you occasionally run into folks who have no clue and will pay 125% of new price for a used one. I never seem to find those guys but sure enough have seen it happen right here at GBO and it happens all the time at flea bay.

thanks for the info its a big help ? if i do decider to sell i would offer it here first .i didn't think e-bay sold parts like barrel any more do they?
