dom - GREAT toy!   I'm envious!

The first pix is at the perfect perspective, but the bar code label and the cement block are a little distracting - otherwise a CALENDAR picture!

Second pix - swivel the gun a little to show the cascabel - another CALENDAR picture!

You're right Tim,  I guess I should spend more time with the photo layouts.  Cannons and mortars usually don't stick around long enough for calendar quality photos.  They are boxed and on their way not long after the paint is dry.  Dom

Dom -  you are SO close to those being SUPER quality pix!  You've got the eye for it.  One National Geographic photographer told me to simply check all four corners of the frame before taking the shot (and a whole lot more too).

Caz - you're right - smoke and flame is where it is.  Y'all ARE invited to my birthday party - but right now I don't know WHERE I'll be (June 11) as the (work) trip to Budapest is likely to occur first or second week of June.

That was a 22MM fuse, the swivel barrel uses 1/8" fuse. I guess your were wondering about the spinning of the fuse. I was too lazy go back into the garage to get the right size fuse.  I had been using the 22mm fuse  for the mini mortar at the time.

I've been wanting a swivel gun.

I wonder about the safety of standing behind a swivel gun with the vent pointing upwards though, especially when using a fuse. When I shoot my cannons and mortars, fuse (sometimes still fizzling) is ejected from the vent.

When I shot my mini-handgonne, I turned the vent 90 degrees to the right so hot stuff wouldn't get in my hair.

So far no safety issues , but I have consider having a micro linstock made so I can eliminate the use of a fuse when firing the swivel guns.
