looks like last post in Mar.
Does any one know anything a bout Destin Fl. or when to be their, for Cobia and the like.

I don't know about Cobia but I was on Okaloosa County pier there once and guys were catching nice bonito.

I grew up on the Gulf coast and, until the pier in PC blew away, used to go fishing down there every spring and fall.
Depending on water temps, the cobia and spanish mackeral should both be in now.
Maybe even a few small blues at night. Always bonito.
Only problem is that the crowd will be there also.
