 Can I put my 20 gauge ultra barrel one my sb1 frame? When I bought it it came on a sb2 with a 25-06 barrel.

Makes sure it locks up tight before shooting it...The SB1 should be no problem but your barrel was fitted to the SB2 rifle frame with that 25-06...Just be cautious.
