Howdy
Have a 50ae in a 6 inch Desert Eagle SS
 looking for a load for 300 grain bullets.
Gust looking to get close to factory loads.

Go to the link below.  Hodgdon lists a 325 grain bullet, but its a good safe starting point for the 300 grain bullet.
