Looks like I should start.

After a few fits and false starts, it looks like I will finally get my garden going this year. I had a spot all picked out and prepped, when I got overruled by the Wife and kids. Then we received a late snow and some late frost. Well, I finally got a new spot reserved and cleared. This weekend starts the box building and soil prep. Hopefully I can get the kids involved (at least in the working part. The eating part should be no problem  ;D). I'm really looking forward to this. I have wanted another garden for years, but I have been stymied by where we lived until now. I figure if I start somewhat small, they will like it and hopefully help out more next year.

This is my first time to try any serious gardening, and like you I'm also looking to enlist my kids help. They will be 13, and 15 soon, and don't seem to be real enthused about it yet.
I borrowed my neighbors tiller today and got a good workout LOL. Hope to start planting this weekend.
