Caliper Question

Hey all, my caliper wont seem to zero, and i dont know how to reset it. I dont know what to do. in my 7 years of experience i have never had a problem like this before. Let me know what you guys think and thank you in advance.

Hey Stimp, its a Dig. and its made by Cabelas. when the jaws are flush it reads 0.094. Cant figure it out.

Somewere there should be a button to re-zero it either on the front or on the botton , you could try taking the battery out for a few minuets and then put it back in , that should clear any error , it could also be that the battrey is getting low and does not have enough power left for it to work properly .

Stimpy is correct. Just one more thing to check...make sure your jaws are completely clean. Open the jaws up and wipe them down with a soft cloth to make sure there is not any dirt or other crud stopping them from being completely closed. I wipe mine down every so often, especially when they do not zero. Good Luck and Good Shooting.

Well shoot fellas, i just feel like a waterhead now. I dont know why i didnt think of doing that. it musta been the battery cause, i just put the spare in it and now shes working like a champ! Thanks guys for the help. Im a little slow most of the time. haha. Thanks again.

Some off them the Zero and On button are one in the same.
You just need to have them closed good when you turn them on.
