Every 130 grain & 150 grain bullets using IMR-4831 shoots MOA out of my Ruger M77 MKII 22" barrel.  The 150 grain bullets are the most accurate out of mine.

I haven't tried the Hornady InterBond many becuase of thier price, but Nosler Ballistic Tip, Nosler Partition and Hornady InterLock all produce MOA.

I have even tried some bulk cheap Remington Core-Lokt 130 grain bullets and older round nose bullets with complete satisfaction.

The 270 Winchester is simple to load for, but it likes slow burning powders.   Try IMR-4350, IMR-4831 IMR-7828, H-1000, H-4350 & H-4831 in no particular order.

Take a look at the site for good data http://data.hodgdon.com/cartridge_load.asp

I have used H-4350 in a 30-06 for some very accurate loads.  I have seen everything from good to bad here on the boards.  All I know is they shoot great in my Tikka T3.  We will see this fall how well the bullet works.    Buckfever

Im shooting a ruger 77 tang saftey and with the hornady spire points and sierra pro hunters it likes IMR 4831 but not with the interbonds so far. hopefully will get out to the range this weekend and let you know about the loads I already worked up with R-22
