Widener's Hard Cast Lead Bullets
« on: May 20, 2008, 02:41:57 PM »
Has anyone here used their lead bullets before (especially the .45s)?  If so, how did they shoot in your gun(s)?  I am hoping that they do OK as I just placed an unplanned order yesterday for the last of their .45 200gr SWCs ($60/1000) and 1 box of .45 230gr Round Nose ($64/1000).  I bought them to try out in my Vaqueros as plinking loads (planning on loading them as .45 Colts but if that doesn't work out, I'll just put the .45 ACP cylinders in and order some ACP dies).  TIA..
