If this were true, wouldn't outdoor swimming pools glow at night?
or mabey the plastic bottle plays a role somehow...

The U.S. could be run off of wind power alone if we just put the turbines in the hall of congress> We could also power Canada with methane if we use their  b.s. to produce it.

Their is no reaction in the bottle other than the bleach causing the water to be cloudy. If you will notice this is a daylight light only. They drill a hole in the roof and the sun reflects in the water causing ambient light in the room.

a piece of Mylar over a sunlight will give the same result.
