Belt Mountain Inc.

I mailed a #5 belt mountain Base pin #5 back to them. It had no grove cut for the loch pin . It would just slide up and down Never made thepoint for the lock screw. I mailed it back on the 19th of this month and never heard anything from them. Did any of you have any dealing with them? I know it is a good product! Help!!  ZACHAROO

Did you order directly from them or thru a supplier. You did call their service number before returning the bad center pin... I've never had anything needing returning from them and have heard only good stuff. That said anybody can make an error.. If all else fails ask them what the holdup is.. and for sure keep us in the loop... I detest poor customer service.

Well most email software saves sent messages so there is that.. I would get on the phone asap and talk with customer service. Most companies are more than willing to help to keep a customer happy! You did send ID and/or a letter inside the package listing the problem? Just call them and see what that produces..
