I hate the smell of chlorine!

Here is a story about a disaster that happened about 1 mile from my home about 10-11 years ago.We were evacuated  and became refugees for about 3 weeks. >:(I know many of the people mentioned in this story. Fortunately we were somewhat upwind of the spill.
