98/40 Hungarian 8mm

Friend of mine has just come across one of these all matching all orginal with little finish but with correct sling.  All of the nazi markings intact.  I think it is worth around 500, what say you, ( it's been alittle while since I was in the collecting game.  Stock also has all correct markings.  over all very good!

Retired Military, 21 years US Navy Seabees started making knives about 5 years ago.  Really like it alot.  Build mostly hunters & skinning knives with a few big bowies.  Logo is grizzly paw.

   I own two of these G98/40's  '41 one is a complete match on SN's the other has a mismatch bolt. I know this is a old post but if your still around this forum they can go from any where $1000 on up as they didn't make many of these and they are very rare -not many made it out of europe maybe a couple thousand or less, I'm thinking less cause I haven't seen many! Thanks Dad!
