Any idea if I could use Brownells Aluma-Hyde II in matte black to turn a gloss scope to a matte finish? If not Aluma-Hyde II, any other suggestions? Thanks

I suppose it might be possible but haven't firured a way that wouldn't show. Also durability would be a definite issue.. I would suggest selling the polished scope and replaing it with a mat finished variant..
