Mosin scope mount question

I have a scout mount on my M44 Nagant.  It's a cheapo that I got off Ebay.  It's actually a pretty good mount but it doesn't line up with the bore.  I've shot the rifle several times with it like this with good results.  The scope will zero and will hold it's zero.  The rifle shoots just under 2moa.  My question is, with the mount at an angle like that, will it affect my poi at longer ranges or at different power settings?  The scope is a 2-7x32.

A POI shift at different powers is a scope issuie and for long range , Yes , A scope not lined with the bore will effect how it shoots at further ranges , question is how far are you shooting and will this apply to you in any real world cases?
If so , I would suggest you zero it at your furtherest range you plan on shooting.
Your mileage will vary of course depending on just how far you are shooting and how much you scope is cross eyed

I haven't shot any game with it out past 200yds.  That's as far as I feel comfortable with.  I did shoot some targets that were a hair over 300yds I was hitting the 10inch target just using hold-over and a little kentucky windage on a gusty day.  It was shooting to the left, the direction the scope is pointed, but the wind was also right-to-left.
