I was thinking of trying this in a feeder.  Has anyone tried this?

With all of the ethanol plants popping up many local feeders are feeding brewers grain.

If the hogs would find it before it spoils they will make your feeder a regular stop

At first I did not understand your wording.  Then I googled brewers grain, that cleared it up.  I never knew this existed, but it sounds like it would be very good for a feeder.  I don't see how any self respecting hog could not be all over this.
It appears like you have used it.
Where were you able to purchase it?
Would this work in a timed feeder?
I think you are on to something.
Thanks for the post.

At first I thought I appeared by my writing that I may have been partaking of some myself!

Truethfully I have no experience with feeders.. Hunting is completely different in this area.
I get all of the grain I need through a friend that works in a truck garage that hauls it. I believe they sell it but no idea how much

Send me about 500lbs of that free grain, let me try it out for a month, and I'll let you know how it works. ;)

There is an offer I cannot pass up... just because I get a deal I should spend hard earned cash and send it out?

I said I get a deal on it and have no idea what they sell it for.
Free was never mentioned.
