Ohio passes bill SB - 184

Gov Strickland signed this bill into law  ;D , It basicly says that a person has the initial persumtion that they may act in self defence in your occupied home , temporary habitation or car with out the state 2nd guessing you .

It also makes it legal for a CCW permit holder to carry their loaded firearm in a un-locked center console or glove compartment of their car / truck .

About time some common sense is used in the Capital

Everything about that sounds great. Strickland is turning out to be twice the Govenor that Taft was!

That may not be saying much as it would not take much to be twice the Gov that Taft was ,  that being said I have known Ted for a few years and theres not much BS to the man .

I think he will be good for Ohio .
