has anyone ordered and used one of these kits? and do they perform well? price seems awful cheap and wonder if I should order something from Brownnels instead? Thanks!

I have one that appears the same. It was bought from Brownells but is very similar. I have a 90 degree flat cutter, the 11 degree crown cutter and a 45 degree cutter to do the final touch up.. I am quite satisfied with the results..
