Went to a boiler class last week, they showed pics of the aftermath of boiler explosions, like levelling an entire city block! So here's my plan, in the winter set a boiler outside, miles from anyone, and lure whatever varmit needing exterminating. When it is close, we throw a fire in the boiler and plug off the vent. The dinosaur will be attracted to the heat, soon the boiler will erupt=problem solved!

I voted OTHER, as I don't believe you need a weapon on this topic. I believe that he will slip and fall on all the BS here, and self-inflict a fatal injury during the fall. ;)

I may have gotten a little bit carried away with the whole bombing thing but my rating in the navy was AIRCRAFT ORDNANCEMAN!!!!!!! I built the bombs that we dropped in Iraq and Afghanistan. I figure if we can drop a bomb on a couple of 170 pound people then it wouldn't exactly be over kill drop one on a T-rex.

Hey, no problem!   ;D  Just not very sporting is all.  Now, if'n you was to CARRY that bomb with, say, a BAYONETTE attached to the fuse... I could see the challange.   :P

You are right its not very sporting but it could be fun to watch. If I wanted sporting I guess a braver soul than I could zipline out of a chopper and try to hit his jugular with a K-bar. I think the swiss army knife might be a little bit inadequate.

Why do you read that crap Jamal?  ::)  You want to learn about Po-Leese tactics, just put a bandanna on your head and wear your pants way low on your butt;  walk up to one and try to act like a T-Rex...   :P

It was looking like I would get by without responding to this post but things changed yesterday afternoon as I was firing up & cleaning the grill. The Sun was to my back and I saw a huge triangular shadow appear on the decking immediately in front of me :o. I thought that it was a Dinosaur for sure as I immediatley whirled around to face it with the 14" dual wedge shaped wire brush with that thin, sharp blade sandwiched in between!. It turned out that I was ok because this (Dino) was just a flap of the canvas swing's top cover that had become unhooked from its mooring and was lifted by the breeze. I did decide that the grill brush would make for a formidable weapon and would vote for it as you could stab & scale the reptile and then just throw it on the grill and close the lid. Just dont be walking up too close behind me too quietly and make sure not to throw a shadow and you will be ok ;D
Dale, please add a wire brush and a grill to the aersonal listed.
To Much Time On My Hands? Yeah but remember that this is the fun post.

The way to get rid of crab lice is to shave one side, pour gasoline on the other, set it on fire and stab them with an ice pick when they run into the clearing..............Now, if we could somehow up scale this method, we'd have the sucker.

We used to do that!   :o  Well, kinda.... no ice picks in the playground of the orient so we used bayonets or head shot 'em with 45's...   I 'spose we could up-scale that to a boar spear without takin' unfair advantage of poor ol' Rex....   :-\

Yeah, I remember, the WESTPAC crabs took a lot more stopping than the Med variety.  I like the idea of head shooting them with a .45....they're easy targets, not very fast, but we'd need something heavier for the guy we're after.  We could use agent orange on one side, napalm on the other and two guys with giant spears and ice picks waiting for him!! :D

As I can remember the largest crab was tracked down and shot with a BAR in 1963 in the Phillipines.  It weighed 287 lb 7 oz.  had devoured 9 sailors, 5 marines and a host of Fillipinos.

On April 23rd, 303 A.D.  Saint George took a dinosaur (dragon in those days) with his double edged sword, smoting him in its golden breast, sparks of fire and smoke bellowed from its mouth and filled the air as Saint George recovered his lance which he'd lost when the battle initiated, and thrust it into the dragon just under the left foreleg so that the weapon pierced its heart.    It measure 50' long from head to tail.
