Born on date for my Winchester 9422

Can anyone help me out with the Manufacture date of my Winchester 9422?The serial number is F198115 .I already tried Proof house but the 9422's are not listed.Thanks in advance.

Let me know if you come up with a source for that data and I will add it to our stickies.  The 9422 is a slick little rifle.  I have a 9422M that I will never part with.

No Problem.I think mine was made in the early 70's but can't remember.

I found out mine was made in 1974. I found the answer on www.rimfirecentral.com
