Anyone have a PLR-16
« on: July 03, 2008, 09:28:48 AM »
Any one shoot the .223 PLR 16?
I have one and it qualifies as a handgun, And it is awesome. Loud but Awesome.
I take it to the range and it turns heads for sure. Right now I'm waiting on a red-dot to put on the weapon and then sight it in, Open sights work great at 100 yds getting 2" groups from rest position. It Just looks BAD and Sounds Bad and Shoots Great, Uses a AR clip and I am going to take some pics that I will post.
Kel-Tech has a winner in my book. ;D

I'm glad you've had such good results. I've always thought it looked like a lot of fun, but didn't have any real use for one. But what the heck. I put one in the lay-away today. I was surprised, when I showed my wife the short film clip they put out, she liked it as well. What type of magazines have you used? It's hard finding any these days with the Obama/Congress scare going on.

I saw plenty of AR magazines at the gunshow over the weekend. Quite a few under $20.
