Can't respond on either brand as I've always made my own portable benches for pocket change and never saw the need.   And I have always done a heck of a lot of bench shooting in the varmint fields.   Will say however that 3 legs are easier to settle on broken/uneven/tilted ground than 4, and if made right stabilize the bench as well or better than 4.
