I moving to the Badlands in N.D. found a job and a place to live.Spent 3 hours yesterday going through some of the nicest looking fur country I've seen in a long time.Good cat and coyote country.Ma Kickback already started packing.
I love the smell of coyote gland lure early in the morning.It smells like victory!!

Well spend yr spare time  scouting and setting up yr new trap line and get to know the locals as this will help you  more than you think.  Good Luck

I hear tell that the onlyest thing between Canada and ND is a barbed wire fence...and it don't hold back much cold!   :oops:

I moved myself this summer...but only about 3 blocks from my former house.

Where you moving to coyotero? I live in the east central part of ND but love the Bad Lands of North Dakota. You are right when you say it is some beautiful country. A lot of the easier accessable public land gets hit pretty hard after snaring opens but I'm sure you'll find plenty of areas to trap.

If your interested in attending any rendezvous in ND there will be one next weekend in Washburn which is sponsored by the North Dakota Fur Takers and there will be one in Jamestown on September 6th sponsored by the North Dakota Fur Hunters and Trappers Association.
