Sept Seasons Announced

Oklahoma early duck and goose dates are now out:

Canada Geese - Sept 1-10, FIVE goose limit.  Wow, I hope this holds for the fall as well.
Teal - Sept 13-28, four daily (same as last year)

Here in Michigan, our early season should start September 1st through the 10th for the upper peninsula and Saginaw,Tuscola and Huron counties of the lower peninsula , and to the 15th for the remainder of the lower peninsula...with a daily bag of 3 statewide.

 However this is speculated as our state usually won't publish any information about this untill AFTER the season is over......
 When it is officially anounced, I will post it.

Still nothing as far as an "OFFICIAL" notice...
 But thats common here.

Finally the DNR has the early season posted on their website. Its Sept. 1 - 10, for the upper peninsula and Saginaw,Tuscola and Huron counties of the lower peninsula.  Its Sept 1 - 15, for the rest of the state. We will have a daily limit of 5 geese.
 Our regular seasons:North zone Sept. 22 -Nov 5,
                            Middle zone  Oct 4 - Nov 10, Nov 27 - Dec 3.
                            South zone  Oct 11 -Nov 13, Nov 27 - Dec 7
All with a 2 bird daily limit.
 
 Then we have a late season for the south zone, Jan 3 -Feb 1.
 With a 5 bird limit per day.
