6.8SPC in Carbine?

Anyone shooting a 6.8SPC in either the Encore or Contender?  I just picked up a carbine with an 18" bull barrel, and haven't started loading for it yet.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've got a contender cabine 18" barrel and a 16" AR15 in 6.8spc, best powder i have found is H322.
My tc likes sierra 110gr prohunters the best.
