I got Dan in trouble -but not to bad
« on: July 16, 2008, 04:16:19 AM »
You all that were at the shoot may remember me having all the kids picking up the range brass from around his machine shed . Well I ran it all through my tumblers and then sized , trimmed & prep'ed it .

Packed it all up and sent it to him , Dan and the family was away for the weekend and when they got back it was sitting on the porch , at this point Helen said what the h--l did you order now , Dans like I have no idea what it is , and I didn't order anything .

Just my way of saying THANK YOU for a great / fun time .

The boy has all kind of problems,he's wanting a Harley now,but Helen's okay with that. When they come down and Hog hunt and fish with me this summer,I'm takeing Helen riding on my Ultra Classic Harley, and he'll be forced to buy one. ;D ;D ;D ;D He's already ready to ride a certain road in New Mexico that I told him about.  ;D ;D ;D . Lets keep him in trouble Stimp,so he can enjoy life.

Did he tell you about his boat motor , seems he loaned the boat out to someone and they used strait gas with no mix oil and trashed it , poor boy just can't win .  ::)

Women tend to be ok with something that can be sold later.  At least that's the way my wife is.

You guys are going to hate me, but I am heading to Hooker on my way to NM, and plan on stopping and shooting a couple more PD's that you guys missed during the hunt.  Since I am such a good shot :P :P, I am sure I will leave some for next years hunt.

Plan on leaving Dan some Boolets for all the brass that you sent him Stimpy.  Surely he will have ammo for next year!

Range report when I get back.

I'm also going to give Dan a quart of anti sieze for his boat motor.  Think it will help?

Snowbelt ;D ;D

Knowing Dano I bet that range will be littered with all that same brass next yr Stimpy this is probly going to lead to a viscious circle Stimp least it will give you some thing to do while your wondering around aimlessly trying to figure out why you can't hit the broad side of that log from TEN feet away ;D Kurt

PS that's why I hate to borrow stuff if something happens you got to buy a new one and you still ain't got one.

I had an ex-son-in-law borrow my canoe one time and returned without it and never offered to replace it.  I suspect he sold it to buy drugs.  I had a neighbor borrow a hand cart a little while ago and returned it with busted bearings on both wheels.  Again, no offer to fix it.  I guess if I'm stupid enough to loan out stuff to people like that I just need to plan on never seeing it again.
