Set the nock point some where between 0 and 1/8 in high. I have had good luck with that on most all single cam bows as a starting point. Go out shoot it and get use to the bow, then tune it. There are several ways to go about this, paper tuning is probably the best although I tune to a group most of the time after paper tuning. It is not uncommon for a single cam bow to be nocking low at full draw. In my opinion the tiller is not an issue on a compound bow if you adjust your limbs evenly. If you can shoot the bow with the limbs all the way down, I find it to be most accurate despite tiller not being perfect.
