Mine would shoot great with 100gr Rem Core Lokt.  That was the only round it would shoot well.

Got mine to shoot less that 1" @ 100 w/ winchester ballistic tips.  I can't remember what the "name" on the box was but they come in a black box.  The cartridges are nickel instead of brass and the bullets are 85 gr that are black w/ a grey ballistic tip.  About 26.00 a box at wal-mart.

Also, Mine had the same problem until I realized that the holes for my scope base were drilled crooked.  Bought a $40.00 laser boresighter.  Was way off.  Had to buy some Millett windage adjustable rings and mounted a Bushnell 6-18x50 Banner scope on it.  W/ the winchester 85gr. It started shooting less that 1"

Also, when you go to sight it in.  Get a large piece of cardboard and set it out @ 100 yards.  I alway use pallet liners I get from work. They are 4' x 4' and work fantastic.

Good Luck
Sam
