Prices on new model 70's (from US repeating arms)

I found a couple brand new rifles the other day (problem is they are in a 223wssm and a 243wssm)

The one is stainless with a gray & black stock for $600
The other is blued with a black stock for $400

They are trying to find me something in a standard caliber. Are these prices comparable to what others are selling for (keep in mind these are still unfired)
