When it says that the scope adjustment range is "35-35" what exactly does that mean and what units is this in?

Do you mean windage and elevation adjustment? If so it is either MOA or inches per hundred yards depending on the scope.

yeah, its the windage/elevation adjustment, its on a BSA Mil-Dot
