When is it necessary to go to Mag. small rifle primers? The rounds I load for that require small rifle primers are.300 Whisper. 6.5 TCU and .357 Max,but I haven't noticed any published loads that require mag primers over standard ones.

The rule to fallow is that if the data does not call for mag primers DON"T USE THEM , the data was given using a set type of components and the using of MAG primers may change pressures to a dangerous level .
