It would appear to me that the selection process is flawed. Gore is only into global warming to make a profit so he can pay his obscene electric bills.

Obama will be the next recipient of the prize for American foreign policy change by a President to appease the Muslim world and thus promote peace.   :D

 Actuially guys..it just shows how screwed up the Nobel Prize is these days..and the Pulitzer Prize isn't far behind..

Thanks Ironglow!!!!  I, for one, never heard of this woman before, but I am sure glad I do now.  Global Warming was the "flavor of the month" so Gore won.  Too bad...me thinks Europe really doesn't want to remember its dark days.

Could be Dakota, I do recall distinctly during my years in Germany, there was a hesitance to discuss the politics that occurred there
  between 1932 and 1945 ! ;)

  Unfortunately, his technology only made war more efficient.
   As with most liberals..whether it is something they or their immediate ancestors did or remote relations by race only did,
 he suffered from "guilt pangs"..so he set up an endowment for a "peace prize"..

   As with many foundations..Ford, Carnagie, Pulitzer etc..it has been taken over by hopeless liberals who, if they don't have
  guilt pangs of their own, will search out some to try to "make amends" for...
