QUESTION - Horton Yukon

I have a chance to buy a lightly used Horton Yukon for $175.  Many accessories are included such as 4X Horton scope, half dozen arrows, quiver, and cocking rope aid.  All I could find out is that this discont'd model was replaced by the Summit.

Anyone have experiences to share with this model?

I have one and love it
be sure to check the limbs for any cracks or spiderwebing
mine developed some cracks and is in for warranty replacement now
otherwise that's a good deal on a good unit

I have one with a Horton scope. I took a buck last week with it. It shot completely through the deer and he only went 50 yards. I bought it 3 years ago from a pawn shop and have had zero problems. The only thing I don't like about  crossbows is that they are heavy and awkward to carry.The Yukon is a good bow and that's a very good price.

I also bought one from a pawn shop, and am shooting it now.  Have yet to connect on any critters and right now X-bows are off limits in the archery only season.  But, I am hopeful to see it work on a ferl hog soon!

 Got one a while back .. Was able to launch a few bolts down range (20 yrds) before we commited to it .. I like it alot , Gave $150 for it outfitted with the quiver 4 bolts two field tipped and two with broad heads , But i will agree X-bows are a little bulky ... But hell once your in the stand what does it matter , and i didnt find the Yukon to be as front heavy as some other offerings ..  Thats my .02 on it .

I have a four year old Horton Yukon XL.  I paid over $325 for the package new. I purchased this at Walmart and absolutely love it.  I stand and ground hunt in Ohio and have taken many deer and turkey with it.  My Yukon XL has a Propoint Red Dot and it shoots very accurately when combined with carbon arrows and expandable broadheads.  The dial a range is a good feature but honestly I am accurate to about 25 yards without moving the weel from zero.  The bow is relatively accurate to 40 yards.  I have not shot anything past 40 yards.  I oil the wheels and have replaced the cables every other year.  Otherwise the bow is flawless and I would buy it again.  Let me know if you have any specific questions.  I use a sling and that helps with traveling long distances.
