Shot and corongraphed yesterday: all loads were from the new speer manual but they suprised me in reguard to accuracy and vel.i50 grn hornadys.R 15/2815
46/R 15/2750
47/R 15/2815
48/R 15/ 2910
49/R 15/2926
These were shot from a 1957 Winchester 88 with 22" bbl. I didn"t really shoot for tight groups as this is a hunting rifle not a target gun but was able to hit small bricks at 300 yds with a 4x40 nikon buckmaster scope.I also have some new .358 win loads but my rifle hasn"t got here yet.

I also use RL-15 in my 308, but only 43 grains for a variety of 150 grain bullets. These rounds are fired through my M1A and are very accurate. The velocity is slower, 2450 fps.
