Dear Guys,
It seems as if about 25% of the complaints I read on these boards are from folks who are totally frustrated, unhappy, with aftermarket replacement mags that they have purchased, which either don't work or are unreliable. (Eagle plastic mags, triple K mags, etc.)
Frankly, I just don't see what the big problem is.
Order about 10 mags using your credit card.
Immediately upon receipt, go to the range and test every danged one of them.
Gather up all of the ones that don't work, and send them back to the seller by certified mail, return receipt requested, and then immediately call your credit card company and officially dispute the dollar amount of the charge that is equal to the mags you returned. Follow up with a simple one page letter to the credit card company stating that you were sold defective products that don't work (including identification and price) and that you are not going to pay for them.
The credit card company will immediately put the letter in your records, and will immediately suspend the charge on your credit card, until the selling company resolves the dispute with you. And guess what?. Since the products are defective, and the seller knows it, the seller will never be able to resolve the dispute with you.
So bottom line here is, quit whining about replacement mags that don't work. Send them back and refuse to pay.
Regards,
Mannyrock
